Default have lost 40 lbs. so far!

i have lost 40 lbs. now in the past 7 months, and i am so happy about that! i still have about 70 lbs. to go, but i feel like i really have a shot at making it through to my ultimate goal after seeing that i could lose this chunk of weight so far. it really has been a big accomplishment for me, and i am so glad i have hung in, even though losing every ounce continues to be a huge struggle. it sure is worth it, though. seeing the postive changes that have occurred so far are really helping to keep me motivated. for example, i really do have a collar bone, which i can now feel and see. i am able to wear nicer looking clothes, and having fun wearing some pretty colors which i rarely would have in the past. being able to move more easily, and fitting better in chairs, booths, etc. feels so good (both physically and emotionally.) well, i am blathering on way too long, but i just wanted to share my good news. thank you so much for listening!

Haha, I do this exact same thing! So this is excellent news, wsw--4 sacks of potatoes, gone! I bet you look and feel great and I can't wait till I accomplish what you have--I've only lost 3 sacks plus a few pototoes.

WTG!! I just hit the 40 pound milestone too (and have a little 80 to go) so I know what an accomplishment it is.

I like the idea of the sacks of potatoes. I was just thinking that my three year old weighs 38 pounds so I have lost a "small child's worth of weight" LOL
