Question 1 cup of oatmeal, phase 1 Question?

On phase 1, I know that 1 cup of oatmel is allowed at breakfast, but do they mean 1 cup before it cooked, or 1 cup cooked, big difference if I make that mistake. Sorry, in advance because I am sure this has already been answered a million times before.

I believe he meant one cup of cooked oatmeal. I've noticed that a lot of things in the book are confusing, but this website is perfect for asking questions!

That's how I took it...1/2 cup dry = one cup cooked. That's a serving size, according to the packaging.
