Default Update to me still being hungry...

I started a thread about a week ago sharing that I was still struggling and hungry all the time. I wasn't losing weight and was honestly ready to give up yet again.

drum roll please....

I took everyone's advice, raised my cals up to around 1600 and dropped weight this week! I'm over the moon happy because I wasn't hungry ALL week. It was so nice. There were even days when I had extra cals to blow on some fun treats (fudgesicles & extra cherries)

I even went camping last weekend and survived. I packed good food and didn't go off track at all. I even left room for a couple roasted marshmallows and didn't go overboard.

Thanks to you all!

Really, thanks. I have been dieting off and on so much that it's so nice to actually feel like I'm getting somewhere. I have hope again. (and I'm 3lbs away from the lowest I've been in 6yrs.)

Wow! That is awesome! Isn't this place great for support? It has helped me to figure out how to lose the weight in a reasonable, sustainable way. I'm so glad it's helping you too! Just keep plugging away at it and you'll be at goal before you know it!

Fantastic!
I'm so pleased you met with success! No hunger and weight loss--who woulda thunk?

Love to know it worked while camping. We're going in July and I'm starting to worry.

Congrats!

That's just awesome! Is it not so nice when you have a plan that you can LIVE WITH and not have to life WITHOUT all of the time?

WOOT!! I'm so glad raising the calories a little worked. Sometimes we just have to shake things up a bit, so our bodies get off balance. Then, they right themselves by starting up the weight loss again.

Oh this is wonderful news. I love how you wrote you even had room for some extra treats - and those treats were an innocent little fudgsicle and some cherries. You scared me there for a minute. But apparently there was no need to. You ate sensibly and produced a loss - a win-win situation!

Keep up the great work. Just keep at it.
