Default Neoprene Waist Trimmers?

I was wondering if anyone is using neoprene waist trimmers? If so what do guys think about them? Do they work? Should I use it when I'm exercising?

Is that these things which look like cycling shorts which have been around for a while?

I`ve given them a try soe 10 years ago. They hold you in nicely and also make you sweat, which led me to suspecting that the weight loss was mainly water?

Yeah anything that you wear during exercise is most likely meant to make you sweat and lose more water. You won't lose fat and really I sweat enough without anything try to make me sweat more.
