Just saw a few others who posted that they are halfway to their goal. I am joining that club as of this morning. Now if only the next 34 pounds would come off as quickly as the first 34. I have noticed a slow down in the last month. I am still losing but instead of 2 1/2 pounds a week it is between 1 pound and 1 1/2 pounds. I will take what I can get!

Congratulations, Lynn! Doesn't it feel great to be on the downhill slope? I've lost the majority of my 33 pounds the slow way, at around 1.3 pounds per week. It seems slow when you're logging weekly, but after a month it's a good 6 pounds. After 3 months, that's 18 pounds. 1.5 pounds isn't so much; 18 pounds is significant! As you say, I will take what I can get.

Congratulations! I can't wait to be in the halfway club. I think 1= 1.5 lbs. per week is still a great rate of loss. I'd be thrilled to lose that much each week. You're doing great!
