Good Morning!

So far for June:

6/3 down 2
6/10 down 1

total lost 24!

5/27/09-210 (husband was home for R and R, gained a lot of weight during that time)
6/3/09-206.2 ( got back on WW after being away for several months)
6/10/09-204.6 (happy with my weight loss so far)

2mrow is weigh in so Im trying to stay positive and hope that my working out will help me get out of the 200s or at least close to it

I'm thrilled! Have been walking alot and drinking water, not so good on the food intake, but activity and water are making it work!
