Default lunch meats

What lunch meats do you ladies use and what pt value do they have? I find using the tracker for this is really complicated!

Thanks!

I use the Deli Selects, and they are only 1pt per serving! I do try to stay away from them everyday (sodium) but great to use for that quick lunch. Deli Wraps with a nice multi grain tortilla are the best! I hope I helped.

I also use the deli selects. I think they taste the best. I hate lunch meat that tastes processed, and I also hate lunch meat that is cut too thick. I can't eat it fast enough to get it from the deli - it always seems to go bad!

I also use Deli Selects, you get a few slices per serving because they're cut thin, but it doesn't seem like you're missing anything. DH loves their pastrami.

I also will try and stay away from the more processed stuff, like bologna, when ordering from the deli. So, I'll get turkey breast or some kind of lean ham. They have turkey ham and such, usually they'll give you a taste if you ask.

Best to you

I also use the Deli Selects- I love them all! My favorite is the turkey, add in some Oscar Meyer microwaved bacon (4 slices is 70 cal. -I use only 2) with fresh spinach, a few slices of avacado. lite miracle whip and roll it in a tortilla. Love it and it's very filling!

Check the sodium content!! I just read on some website that deli turkey has about 11 times the sodium of ordinary roasted turkey breast.

Deli meats are really not that good for you. Roast a ham or some turkey breast or grill some chicken and have a healthy lunch.
