Default Better 'N Peanut Butter

Hey guys,

I found this great peanut butter at Trader Joe's. It has 85% less fat and 40% less calories than normal peanut butter. I used to eat it pre-SBD, but I was wondering if it's even that much better for you...Here's the nutritional info:

TAPIOCA SYRUP, DEHYDRATED CANE JUICE, RICE SYRUP,
are not allowed on SBD. Sorry. Look for all natural peanut butter.

Those syrups translate to sugar. I tried it once and threw the rest of the jar out, it was far too sweet. I'd rather have 1 T. of natural peanut butter than 2 T. of that.

Sneaky, aren't they? Like we won't clue in that syrup is sugar!

jih88, you like it better because it's mostly sugar with some peanuts added in. However, I bet if you tried having a Tablespoon of this and compared how you felt after an hour to how you felt an hour after having a Tablespoon of natural peanut butter, you'd be amazed!!! This stuff is very likely to leave you shaking, irritable, and craving an immediate fix of sugar, while natural peanut butter will leave you feeling full, happy, calm, and balanced. Seriously. It's worth the change.
