Default Another intro

Hello! I figured since I've started posting in this section a bit that I should introduce myself
I've been on 3FC off and on for several years but really got serious about changing my ways at the beginning of this year. I watch calories and try to keep carb/protein/fat percentages in check. I started at 198 and am currently at 165 or so. My intial goal is 145 but we'll see how I feel at that point. After baby #3 I got down to 135 and felt good but settled in around 138. I then got pregnant with #4 lost down to around that point again and somewhere between then and baby #5 ballooned up to 198. I did (to me) quick and unhealthy weight loss methods the last two times and am loving the slower but healthier route I've take this final weight loss go 'round.

Hi there, Amynbebes!!!

First off.....WOW, congrats on the 5 children! You've got your work cut out for you already, without adding on counting calories and exercising! (though watching them run around the house should count for the exercise!)

It sounds like you're doing an incredible job right now with your diet...I'd love to hear what your goals are. I'm watching calories and fat/carb/protein as well. I've been trying to keep it to about 1200-1300 calories, with 25-30% fat 40-45% protein and 30-35% carbs.

You're already down 33 pounds from your start weight! Congratulations!!

Hope to hear more from you!

Wow! 5 kids! I don't know if it is anything like 3 kids and 4 dogs and a boyfriend, but I am darn sure that you are busy busy busy!

Welcome! You're so close to your goal already! And after 5 kids! I can't imagine... Our two cats and two dogs are MORE than enough for us to handle.

And we can lock them in the bathroom when we are bringing groceries in from the car. That's probably frowned upon with actual human children...
