I've been frustrated because I'm not really seeing any results, and it makes me want to quit. But I know it is worth it, and we CAN do this!

I hear you, sometimes I get really frustrated with myself too, why I can't stick to my plan when I love the results. it takes time to replace habits, get used to new lifestyle, get brain going in the right direction. hang in there!
I'm right there with you. I have started back to entering everything into Fitday. I'm back at the gym five days a week, and on Tuesday will rejoin TOPS because I have to have that weekly accountability to the scale.
