Talking 200 pounds lost pics! imagine that, 200 lost is a mini goal! :)
the title pretty much says it and to say that I am elated would be too lightly of a way to say it. with this mornings weigh in (a 5 pound loss this week) I have hit the 200 pounds lost mark and I am that much closer to my ultimate goal, I still have a ways to go but man what a ride it has been so far, I wanted to post a picture or 2 up here for your viewing pleasure (or pain lol) and say thanks for all of the support that I have found here.

You have done awesome! Congratulations does not really even convey what should be said to you.

Your pics look awesome too. I like that you did it "on your own" without a certain plan----- what determination you have.

Incredible! I'm proud of you and so EXCITED for you. Wow! I'm going to have to show my husband these pics because he thinks he'll never be able to lose 70 lbs. I'm so impressed with all you've done. Keep it up, you clearly are not someone who can be denied success. Wow.
