Oriental Rice Cracker Addiction?
So my work had a bbq last Friday and there are a TON of extra snacks and goodies. Including those salty, crunchy and delicious rice crackers from Costco. Some one must have known my weakness and wanted to get revenge. I have the darndest time resisting those things!!!!! It's not typically an issue for me. I walked by them, and I HAD to have a couple, which turned into a serving (140 calories, ugh).
I actually read about this the other day. There is a hormone that is released when we see high cal foods that we crave that basically tell us to eat that food NOW. Well, I guess this was a good example. Time to get back on the horse, as they say.....
