Default Fresh start tomorrow!

This is a thread for those of us (like me...) who had a lovely weekend with friends which unfortunately did not include eating OP or exercising (although i suppose walking around for hours shopping sort of counts..) but did include a lot of delicious Mexican food and beer...starting again tomorrow!!! Trying to learn from the past and not just throw in the towel.
Better luck the rest of the week :-) Have a good one everyone!

I am totally with you! Usually I eat more on weekends but this weekend I think I went overboard. I'm on this board to remind myself to get back on board tomorrow. Only 1.5 more pounds until I am officially a normal weight so this is the week.

oh, i'm with you! we spent the weekend at my sister/brother-in-laws and it included: fries, multiple vodka and club sodas, sausage and eggs, creamy soup, hamburgers, brownies, and cheesecake.

not to mention that i just made (and ate 2!) of these for my best friends birthday - french vanilla cupcakes with raspberry cream cheese frosting. SO GOOD!

On the weekends I don't work I always end up not eating as well. But I'm with you...just cause I messed up once doesn't mean I throw in the towel. I'm really trying to stick with that this time! So yay! It's a new week!

Hey, a thread for people like me!

This weekend was my grandfather's 70th birthday party, at which I ate all kinds of junk and drank 4 (big) glasses of wine. While in town we had lunch (and mojitos) with friends I never see, and breakfast with my mom and her husband (including an omelette, hash browns, toast with butter). On the way home we got Burger King for lunch (at least I had the grilled chicken sandwich) then later that night we got calzones.

So, yeah, I need a fresh start.

I'm up almost 5 pounds since Friday... I think a lot of it is water but I'm sure I did gain some real weight. I also have a headache and some digestive issues that I'm sure can be partially attributed to my weekend of crappy eating.

I so agree. I went to my dad's and my BD BBQ. We share the same birthday. I ate, not one but two helpings of strawberry shortcakes. OMG. what a pig.
