yet again i've been talked into something stupid
so my mate and i have been having a laugh and joke, he the type we all hate 6' blonde blue eyes 170lb eats like a horse never puts on a bean.
anyway he's talked me into doing next years half marathon, apparently i have 352 days to train.
why is it always me

352 days is plenty of time to get ready, although, admittedly, it's ten months less than the gestation period of an elephant, for what it's worth.

How far is a half marathon? And how long do people usually train? That is pretty awesome! Definitely some good motivation to keep you on plan!
