Default My favorite recipes are here, try them!

Here are some of my WW standbys...let me know what you think of them!

EZ Dessert:
8 oz. cool whip free
3 oz. SF orange jello
12 oz. FF cottage cheese
sm. can of mandarin oranges, drained
sm. can of crushed pineapple, drained

mix together and enjoy...the whole bowl is 8 points!


Tuna Casserole
2 cans of tuna in water
1 pkg. no yolks noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans 98% FF cream of mushroom soup
sm. can of peas- do not drain

Mix together and bake for 20 min at 350- top with low fat cheese if desired.
serves 4 at 4 points each

Tortila Wraps
LF tortilla
2 pc. microwave bacon
deli select turkey
lite miracle whip
some spinach
a few slices of avacado
tomato slices low fat cheese

wrap it up and eat! 1 wrap= 4-5 points

Crocked chicken
4 frozen chicken breasts
16 oz FF sour cream
1 can 98% FF cream of chicken
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Place frozen chicken in a crock pot. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and cook all day (8 hrs)! 1 breast= 5 points

Chicken Quesidillas
low fat tortillas
LF cream of chicken soup
2% shredded cheese
1 can of green chilis, drained
leftover shredded chicken

Mix up all and put on a tortilla, top with a second tortilla, back on a cookie sheet or stone for 15 min at 350, cut into wedges. Serve with FF sour cream, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes...

Baked Bananas
2 bananas- cut in half lengthwise
1/2 cup mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 cup corn flakes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Heat oven to 375, place bananas in a dish cut side up, sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Bake for 10 min. serves 4 at 2 points each.

Great recipies!!! I'm new to weight watchers and keep looking for new food ideas so that I won't get bored with what I eat and loose track. I'm definitly going to try them all!! Thanks again!!

I just did the baked bananas at a camping event - wrapped in foil, baked in a fire (coals and wood). I am going to try it on a grill.
