More than 33 pounds dropped from all of us last week!! Woo-hoo for us!!

How much did you drop at this week's weigh-in?

This morning I'm down 6.6lbs from last Monday!
Last week: 270.6
This week: 264

Almost out of the 260's!

I can't contribute much this week. I only dropped .2 lbs. It would have been more, I think, but I've let the activities of the weekend get in the way.

I only lost 1.5 lbs this week. From 280.5 to 279. Considering I didn't excuse at all this is pretty good. Hopefully now that I have added exercise to life and lowered my calorie intake by 100, I will lose more at the next weigh-in.
