Good Morning Chicks. The day is beautiful but the heart is heavy. I'm going to JC today. That's all I can say for myself.

Good morning everyone. This weekend was fun, but my scale is up up. Not sure what is going on with that. I probably didn't drink enough water in the past couple days, hmmm. odd.

Rhonda, the hiking trails are wooded trails; a lot of hills and rocks! The park has some nice flat walking trails that we end up on but for most of that time we are on those back trails.

Well, got to run. BBL

Good Morning ladies

We're having rain again, and until we get this damp weather out of here Leo & I are going to be hurting. Hope it chances by the time the Memorial Weekend rolls around. We planning our first BBQ of the season than.

I got up on the scale and I up .5 not going to change my tickers this week as its from lack of exercise. I tried to keep my points to a bare minimum[1200-22P] but maybe i shouldn't have have gone that low. I did manage to go over my WPA's so that's a possibility also.

RHONDA-Thanks for the new pages, and h=getting me to exercise again.I tried riding my stationary bike yesterday afternoon for 20 M and the muscle in my left leg doesn't seems to be as tight after doing so. Maybe it worth a try again and see if it loosens up again.

VICKIE-All I can do is send you super hugs.Glad that your going to JC for your W-I and next instructions.

PAULA-Glad you had a fun weekend, even if the scale is up. Mine its up also, and its not going to come down until I get back into my reg route of exercising more. Here's to a better W-I for you and for me.

Hi Everyone
Not much going on here.
Did up a few dishes I had. Washed a load of towels and jeans.
And now wont be long and have to get ready to go to town. And WW. Not looking forward to WW though. By my scales I am going to have a big gain. I guess I really need to get back to writing down everything. Guess after awhile I think. Oh I know how much I have ate. Or that is a cup of whatever. And it is not. So will pick up a tracker tonight.

BEACHBUM Hope the weather changes so you can start to feel better.

VICKIE Thinking of you.

ONTARGET Sounds like you had fun. A weenie roast is always nice.

BLESSEDWITHSARAH Hope you have a great day.

TEJAS Thanks for the new page. Have a great day.

Well I better get off here. Got a couple more things that need done before we leave.
Thinking of everyone
Have a great day.

Well, I guess not eating much results in weight loss even without exercise. I lost 1.6 this week and 1.4 last week. My new total is 25 pounds down! So I even get a new chick today.

Coco, maybe you won't gain.

Sandra, your garden is beautiful. I'd like to hire you and Curtis to landscape my yard.

Time to go run errands. I need to get a new driver's license. Fortunately, only an eye test this time.

Vickie, that's wonderful news. Congratulations!

Paula, the hiking route sounds like fun...nice to have that available.

I certainly ate too much today, but I have lost two pounds this week. Not the three I was aiming toward, but I'm not complaining.

Rhonda, two pounds down is fabulous. And I can imagine that you are getting quite toned as well.

Maryann, good to hear that you're up on the bike..I hope it works out for you. I can't tell you how much better I'm feeling for all this moving. I can moan and groan with the best of them, but I'm feeling much more alive.

Vickie, yes, I am beginning to feel some shifts in my body that are really good. My shins take a beating with the walking but the teacher gave us some exercises for that.
I learned...did I tell you already...this teacher is the fastest woman walker in Canada...quite inspiring.

I walked today but only for 20 minutes.

Good Morning Chicks. Today is the day that we try to get our lives back into some sort of routine. Tonight it will be a week since Cassie died. It's been a long, long, hard week. As of now, we've decided that there will be no more animals in our house. Who knows if God will intervene to change our minds. In the meantime, we are very sad but eternally grateful that Cassie was in our lives.

I'm going to try to get back on the treadmill this morning. I think it's been a full two weeks since I exercised. This is not going to be easy. Or pretty!

Rhonda, your exercise is impressive.

Mary Ann, any answers to your medical situation?

What ups with you, Coco? Did I miss the weigh in?

Where's Donna and Kathy? I think Kathy may be having trouble getting on here again.

Good Morning:

Vickie, we know the feeling. It has been 3 months since Jake died. We miss him terribly and talk about him often. We always jokingly blame him if something goes missing, or doesn't work out: he was such an imp.

I hope everyone has a good day. I ate so much yesterday that I think I'll try not to eat any points this week. I'm sure I had enough for two weeks. Just couldn't help it; Jake made me do it!

I think that I've turned a corner on the exercise. I'm experiencing it as PLAY. We don't get enough of that in our adult lives.

BBL,
Rhonda

Hi Ladies

Had a busy morning, and couldn't get on the computer to post.Nothing new, except for my MRI this afternoon.

COCO-Hope you had a good WI last night. The weather this morning was 61 % and the sun is shinning, but its still too cold to head down to the water.

VICKIE-Congrats on your two week weight loss and you first 25 lbs gone. You're doing excellent.I going to have my second MRI they now thinking is might be a disc in my back that his then sciatic nerve. If not the the doctor is going to send me to an ankle/foot specialist.

RHONDA-Big congrats on your 2 lb loss. All that biking must be paying off on the scale.Keep on what your doing.I worked on my bike for 20 mins and it it feel good,so I going to do another 20 m later.

Going to rest my foot.
