Default gettin' in the groove, my fitness coach rocks!!!
Heya everyone! I just wanted to post about how awesome I feel, I am finally in a nice groove of exercising, it's incredible! I skate, I do my fitness coach, resistance bands and will be adding elliptical soon. (It bores me more than everything else does)

It's nice to have all these things in my house! I don't have the money for a gym membership and a bus pass to get out there regularly...

I actually find myself thinking when I"m bored, 'Get off your butt and MOVE girlie' and I actually DO IT. WOW....so unlike me. I love the feeling though, good luck to all you other girlies tryin' to find your groove.

just keep at it and sooner or later you'll miss it when you're not doing it! I swear!



p.s. everyone with a wii should totally get my fitness coach!

I like "My Fitness Coach" too!
And my new Wii favorite is "Gold's Gym Cardio Workout". Shape boxing ROCKS (literally)!

Woo hoo!

I'm in an exercise groove myself which is awesome after being in a mental funk for a while. I walked the dogs twice today, short walk before work and a long brisk walk/run after work and then did my weight workout. It was awesome!
