Default Wow this is really working!!

I'm loosely following a calorie counting number from Sparkpeople, they give you a window of calories to stay in. I started Monday and have been journaling what I've been eating. I haven't had a Pepsi since Monday or any junk food but I did have a piece of cake (small) and a small ice cream cone yesterday. I went from 311 on Monday back down to my 305 this morning. I can't wait to see where this takes me.

Now I have to just get back to workingout. It's been a week. I've been sick again. I'm not understanding that and the doctor didn't see anything unusual about that. I'll have to talk to her again. It's all in the head and sinuses. I've been getting ear aches and head aches this week and yesterday a spot under my chin was tender, weird. I wonder if it's the air handling unit in our work building because we are cold all the time and I wear a sweater to stay warm. I got a cold sore over the last two days to and it's huge. I haven't had a cold sore in over two years and now this is my second one in two months. I'm tired all the time, so I'm trying to get my sleep more now. Which is helping.

Another thing keeping me on track is I've been reading the new Jillian Micheals book about Metabolism and I'm having light bulb moments left and right and I downloaded her radioshow podcasts off of itunes and have been listening to them.

I feel I'm finally really on track with this and feeling really great about that.

This is AWESOME Siuan!! It feels great, doesn't it? To feel *in control*. Keep it up. I love Sparkpeople!
I hope they can get you all cleared up. Sounds like a lingering infection (in my oh-so-non-professional opinion).
What is the new book. I have so much to learn about metabolism, might be something i want to read

Watch out, people --- Donna is on fire!

You are finding out what works for you and what doesn't and it looks like the pieces are really coming together for you. I think you are going to be busting down the door into the 200's in the very VERY near future and we are gonna party, babe!

Better watch out, Pounds of Fat ---- Donna is packing your bags! You are OUTA HERE!

From dictionary.com

com⋅mit⋅ment: to bind or obligate, as by pledge or assurance; pledge: to commit oneself to a promise; to be committed to a course of action.

You are so there! That's it. You've made the commitment. There is no turning back. Full steam ahead young lady. No stopping you now. You're doing this. Ya hear me? You ARE doing THIS.

Oh and by the way - YOU ARE THE ONE WHO ROCKS!!!! Big time.

Rock on.
