Good morning everyone,

Coco, good for you to get back on track. You can do it, you're doing very well. I'm sorry to hear about all of these problems getting medical care easily.

I'm playing hookey today. A good friend, and former student, is in town and we are going to spend the day together. It's raining like crazy here, but if it lightens up we'll take a long walk by Lake Ontario. She lives in Saskatoon so she doesn't see that much water!

All is well here. I'm exercising like mad and have the sore thighs, shins and calves to prove it! I'm watching my intake. In fact, last night I turned down luscious baked goods and had poached pears for dessert when I was out with a friend. She said "that's too healthy to be dessert!"
