Default Can't stop thinking about pizza...

Pepperoni. By Dominos. No cheese, just sauce and the crispy little pepperoni's (i'm lactose intolerant and actually prefer it without the cheese anyway!)

... seriously, salivating. Can't stop thinking about it.

Help!!

perseverance, child! FOCUS on your goal and the pizzas will vanish in due time. I promise you. They will. They must.

If you're able you could always make some of your own? You could put it on an english muffin or a light flatbread or something like that, add sauce and just a couple of pieces of pepperoni and I bet you could still keep it under or around 200 calories. Sure it won't satisfy you quite like the actual Domino's brand that you want but it can help!

I am trying to somehow rationalize why I deserve to have some pizza... hahaha
Some of the rationalizations I've been going over
1) I get it without cheese- I cut a TON of calories that way...
2) I have done amazingly well this week and deserve an indulgence
3) I don't eat it every day- I should be able to eat pizza once a week.
4) I will limit myself to 2 slices... I will... I will...

Right now my rationalizations are winning... HAHA

Well, if you can honestly limit it to two pieces and it fits into your food plan, then I say why not allow yourself a treat every once in a while? If I didn't work the foods I love into my plan I'd go nuts... haha

You have done amazingly well this week, so dont blow it now! If you really can limit it to 2 slices then i say go for it, but if you're anything like me 2 becomes 3 becomes 4 becomes 6 becomes 8....

Those are great rationalizations! I'm going to remember those when my own pizza cravings hit

I'm a spaghetti junky and sometimes I get a craving that just consumes me. I will take a nice marinara and throw in a ton of veggies (mushrooms, onions, pepper, zuchini) and toss it with a *tiny* amount of pasta, so it's basically just a big bowl of veggies in sauce with a little parm on top. It does the trick

I say make it yourself with turkey-roni (turkey pepperoni), fat free or light cheese, and tons of veggies.

It's one of my favorite meals. It's sooooo filling, too. When I just eat pasta I can go back for more and more and more, but this fills my belly nicely

try making it with whole wheat pita bread, sauce and low fat cheese. It tastes really good and is half the fat. Whole wheat serves as good carbs and the lowfat cheese will serve as protein!

That's basically what I do. I put some spaghetti sauce on light flat out bread and top it with low fat mozzerella, mushrooms, bell peppers, onions and ham. Put it in the oven @ 350 for about 10 minutes and voila!

Throw in the cheese, and you've got what I've been thinking about ALL week! I actually broke down and ate some Digiorno (spelling?). I felt awful for eating it, so trust me, you'll feel immensely better if you resist!
