Default Im craving oranges!

Who would have thought the day would come when I actually craved fruit- oranges. I love them. I usually have one a day but because we ran out to my misfortune I have none for 2 days. Oh my, how im craving it. Ive realized since my change to whole foods I really dont desire cookies, chips, chocolate, anymore. Its so weird. Who would have thought?

Me too. Lately the navel oranges have not been so great (dry), and I haven't seen Valencia yet

I also eat an orange a day, either with breakfast or lunch- I LOVE THEM!!! Fiber and tons of nutrients, no wonder I haven't been sick in ages

A couple months ago, I went a bit winter 'stir crazy' and started craving raw veggies and citrus like crazy. I had been eating a lot of cooked veggies through the winter but my body said enough! Ever since then, I've been making sure I eat a piece of citrus fruit every day.

Oh yes. Lately I've been going for tangelos though because they've been consistently better and juicier than the navels.
