Default New and excited - down 60 with 91 to go!!
I posted in another thread already and then I saw this specific group and just had to check it out!! I have a total of 151 pounds to lose. I have lost 60 of it already, leaving a 91 balance. My mini goal is to get to 235 and my long term is 160. I hope to check in daily because I need support and a kick in the butt to get over this "funk" I am in right now.

I look forward to reading all of your journeys and also being of support as much as I can!

Wow, you're doing a great job so far !!!! I think the mini goals are a great idea. I know personally that when I look at the big picture so to speak I become overwhelmed psychologically and it hinders me.

WOW, MisUnderstood --- whatever you have been doing so far, KEEP IT UP! 60 pounds of fat demolished, evicted, destroyed, executed! That is a major achievement!
