I am back on track as well it seems, lost another pound! I still have to lose 6 1/2 to make Halloween goal. Hopefully I will make it or come very close-two more weeks- so it is possible!!
Dougie-dont beat yourself up-just keep trying. Focusing on yourself is very important. How about setting a goal for yourself?
Like just to try to lose 5 pounds in the next month or something. Then reward yourself with something non food for reaching it like a new pair of pants! good luck
