Good morning Ladies,
My name is Gina and I have been around this site for awhile, but have had a hard time posting regularly to really get to know people.
So, I am starting my part time summer hours this week and really am trying to utilize the next 4 months to get a good start on my new healthier journey. I love this site and find that there are really good thoughts/ideas and info shared here and want to be a part of it.
I am 32 and have a 10 month old daughter who keeps me busy, busy, busy! I am very excited to have most of my summer with her and plan to do lots of activities out side to keep us both active. I have also realized that I need to start making some "me" time a priority too. So in the next four months I am working on my "me time" schedule and establishing some healthy meal plans that I can use when I go back to my hectic work schedule.
I look forward to meeting you all and getting to know you. Hopefully at some point I will be able to give back some of the good advice I hope to get here.

its hard to make me time... i have a 4 & 6 yr old and i work 24 hour shifts... so i try to spend my off time with hubby & kids... but i too am trying to work on my me time... even if its my exercise time and my celebratory times of weight loss.... it all plays an important role of being healthy and happy!! welcome aboard and good luck!

Welcome! You'll find lots of Moms in the same boat here. I think our 30's are the time for finding ourselves again.
