Does anyone have some snack ideas for 100 calories or less? I thought maybe if I tried some different snacks, instead of the same ones I use, I wouldn't get so bored with my diet.
hard boiled eggs
carrots (veggies) with hummus
fruit
yogurt
string cheese
beef jerky
special K crackers (they are 90 calories for and SOOO good)
cottage cheese
Rice cakes
Pretzels
Fruit (2 clementines, 1 cup seedless grapes, apple, banana ~ a little over 100 cals though)
Carrots/broccoli
Slices of turkey/ham
Cheese stick
Almonds
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries... 2 CUPS!
2 large stalks celery and 2 laughing cow wedges
1/2 apple and 1/2 T pb
1 T pb
applesauce cup and 1/2 banana OR 1/2 oz mozza cheese
Most of my suggestions have already been posted but I would recomment Nutrigrain bars, though their 130 calories per bar, but they are really good and hit the spot, plus they have a good dose of fiber as well. Hope that helps!
