Hello all! I'm Sandye and I'm 37. I joined this site a couple of years ago, but I fell off the wagon almost immediately and then life got crazy--moves, kids, bouts of depression...ya know, stuff.
Anyway, things have settled down some now and I've recommitted to getting fit!! I'm down 9 lbs so far and counting!!!
