I am proud of "Me" because...
I am copying this from the calorie counting thread because I like it so much and not all of us here in the 100 lb. Club count calories.
We are all good about praising and encouraging others but often don't do the same for ourselves. I have realized that having low self esteem has contributed to my gaining so much weight and I need to praise and encourage myself as well as others.
Do you? If so, add to this thread!
I will go first. I am proud of "Me" because I stuck to my plan this week even though it was a hectic, emotionally draining week. I am proud of "Me" because I am a kind and caring person.

Great idea for a thread!
I am proud of me because I am teaching my children how to eat to live. I am proud of me because I have walked on my treadmill for 10 out of the last 12 days even though my legs are aching.

I am proud of me because last night while pmsing i bought a chocolate bar. I took one bite, realized it didn't taste as good as i remembered it did... so i threw it away! not worth it to waste my calories on something that is not 100% delicious.

I am proud of me today because my co workers ordered tgi fridays tonight for dinner, and instead of getting some horribly fattening and high calorie thing, I ordered grilled shrimp and steamed brocolli, looked up the calorie content and recorded it in the daily plate. And you know what, it was very good and satisfying. also, I have no regrets about dinner. woohoo!

I am proud of me because I took three long brisk walks today, I played at the park WITH my kids AND I can climb up the ladders and go down the slides now!!!

I am proud of me because i completed my grocery shopping without buying a single off plan item that was calling my name. I even walked by the gelato fresco fresh pumpkin ice cream which has often been my downfall...

I am proud of me as it is the first time I weight in and see my weight stable for 2 weeks and I don't really care and get depressed, I keep on going, because I am stronger than this!

I'm proud of myself because I've been PMSing big time for the past two days and have only caved in once to have a WW giant fudge bar then either went walking on my treadmill or took the kids swimming when craving were kitting me again
