Hi! My name is Tabatha and I had a Lap RNY on June 4th, 2002 and I have lost 70 lbs so far.

I am writing to you because I am a doctoral student in clinical psychology and I'm doing my research project on weight loss surgery patients and their psychological needs. I’m looking for participants to take my survey. This is not for profit, just to graduate! You must be post-op to participate in the survey. My questionnaire is online. It's confidential in that your info will not be shared with anyone, and there is a $100.00 drawing for a gift certificate to the winner’s local mall. I need lots of people to get this project done and graduate on time. When I complete my degree I'm really interested in giving back to the WLS community, because they have supported me soooo much!
