S: banana, Meteorbites
L: black beans with brown rice & spinach

Definitely too many grain servings today. My tummy has been really rumbly and I wonder if that's from the grains. Hmm, something to keep track of.

B - leftover sirloin patty and V8, 2 cups coffee with skim milk
S - mozzarella cheese stick
L - shrimp fajita salad
S - carrots and hummus, peanuts
D - chicken fried "rice"
S - yogurt

I ate ALOT today, but it was all on-plan and I was hungry. I stuffed myself with dinner, but it was all veggies, so okay. I love that fried "rice" recipe.

Cyndi, what are meteor bites?

Schmoodle - they are granola snacks sweetened with agave. They come in single serving packages or they would be dangerous.

No meteor bites for me then. Unless I could buy them one pack at a time - packaging never seems to be much of a deterrent for me, and I love granola. It's one of the things I will binge on for sure.

Chelby, here's the recipe: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/show...imp+fried+rice
Of course I add extra veggies (onion, green pepper, celery, and carrots last night) and I make a sauce from soy sauce, fish sauce, chicken broth, and arrowroot powder to go over at the end. I'm not a big fan of the faux recipes - ya know, I love mashed cauliflower, but it doesn't really replace mashed potatoes, etc. But in this recipe, the cauli is a really good stand-in for the rice. It really almost seems like you are eating something starchy. IMO this is way better than the real thing.

For breakfast/lunch today, I've got leftover bean soup and fried rice. Snacks will be carrots and hummus, my latte, and yogurt. Dinner, I have no idea, better get on that!

Here they are: http://www.healthysnackstore.com/ind...display&id=390
The Mexican Hot Chocolate are my fave but I found the strawberry marked way down so bought them. The apple ginger are also SBD legal. The others have some honey or maple syrup. I'm usually really good about opening only 1 single serve bag at a time with treats even nuts. Of course I rarely carry more than 1 bag so less temptation. I could never manage large packages of these but I'm the same with nuts. I hate all the packaging but just can't trust myself.

My plan:
B - broccoli, white beans, veggie ground chicken & salsa
S - banana & peanut butter
L - leftovers either beans & rice or lentils & spinach
S - hummus & veggies
D - not sure yet
S - Greek yogurt & berries

S: Whoops! Forgot!
L: WW Pita with 1 oz LF pepperjack cheese, bruschetta, and spinach leaves
S: Almonds
D: Black Bean quesadilla, sautee'd spinach with garlic, 1 C. LS V8
