Can I be the first to say CONGRATULATIONS! You should be so proud of what you've done!!! Losing 115 lbs. is so amazing! Now go out and buy yourself some new clothes!!!!!! LOL....(it's my new favorite thing)
As to how I did it, I have cut out junk foods, fast foods, white flour foods, sweets, fried foods..all the yummy stuffs lol. I eat lots of fruits, veggies, lean proteins and whole grains. I do circuit/strength training 6 days a week. It hasn't been easy and I still am not to my goal but I am a lot healthier and happier now for sure.
