Default Finally decided on some goals!

Hey all

I'm just writing these down so they are public and makes me accountable to achieve my goals! I also need to get me 20 posts in to be able to get me a funky ticker thing in a sig!!!

So after a lot of working out I have finally decided on my goals...I don't know how long these will realistically take, but as long as they are achieved then i will be happy!!

GOAL
Get to 'overweight' on bmi - 11s4lb ( - 10lbs) (158lbs)
Lose a stone! (-4lbs) (154lbs)
Lose 10% of start weight (-2lbs) (152lbs)
Lose 2 stone! (-12lbs) (140lbs)
Get to 'healthy' on bmi - 9s6lb (-8lbs) (132lbs)
GOAL!! (-6lbs) (126lbs)

So...off i go!

Great job, Jess! Those are very smart goals, and you're right that it doesn't matter how long it takes to achieve them as long as you stick to it and achieve them! Good luck!
