I have over 100lbs to lose and just got done with over a month on Medifast. I lost 16lbs, but still have constant carb cravings and have binged a couple of times and regained some lost weight. I was looking for a low gi type diet and realized that is what south beach is. This is a lifestyle I can follow. I checked out the supercharged book from the library yesterday and read it last night. I am excited about getting healthy for myself and my family.
