i took pictures after only losing 20 pounds.. and it wasnt that noticeable, however today..i took a nap and woke up with my shirt kinda up with my stomach showing a little bit, and i didnt feel the need to cover it up instantly, and so i thought it would be a good day to take a picture. the before picture was on new years eve...after quite a few drinks. hense my interesting face.. hahah but it was the only full body picture i could find. the after picture is after 25 pounds.
thanks so much! to me it only seems like a small difference, and i still have 37 pounds to go! but im so excited to be able to feel as good as i do. i have been doing jenny craig for 8 weeks now and i exercise usually 4 days a week. i always do atleast an hour of cardio, (elliptical, and stair master are my favorite) and twice a week i do a half an hour of weights.i cant wait hit that 30 pound mark. it will be half way to goal, and im hoping to be there in the next three weeks.

WOW I really see a change. Your arms are so much thinner. It looks like you lost around the waist and tummy, too. You're almost to ONEderland, congrats!
savora - yes im on jenny craig and i eat all the food. its kinda pricey but for me, its no more expensive then if i were to go shopping for a weeks worth of "diet food" where i would stil search the fridge and not know what to eat, or going out to eat five times a week like i used to.. i pay from 100-125 every week. it all depends on waht you get, the frozen foods cost more then dry foods. ect. i buy all frozen.
