I'm going to stay on plan because I want my son to have a healthy relationship with food and never be "The Fat Kid". I owe it to him and myself to never live like that again.
I am going to stay on plan for 2 reasons:
1. Because I stayed on plan this weekend and was 1.5 pounds UP this morning. I am not going to give in to the disappointment.
2. I cleaned out my closet this weekend and I don't want to put any of those "too big" clothes back in there.
