Good morning all! Hope everyone had a happy Easter!
So, back to the normal routine. I already got my workout in for the day. I helped some friends move into their new home this weekend and they both said that something was "different" about me. I'm like what in the world could it be??? They both said they noticed that I've lost weight... Well, I did wear a pair of jeans that used to be close to second skin and now they were a lil' baggy in the butt....
This is day 22 of working out and eating right consistently. Is it safe to say that it's become a habit (since I'm past the 21 day mark)?
