Hey everyone, I have a question about Fitday. When entering in your activities for the day, is there a way you can manually enter in your workout and the number of calories burned? Or do you have to use their generalized workouts?
You have to use their numbers, and they are notorious for not being accurate. So, most people I know who use it (including me) don't pay attention to the calorie portion or just don't use the activity section at all.
Also, keep in mind that those calorie counts on exercise machines are notorious for being inaccurate, as well.
Yeah, I use Cathe Friedrich videos, and it'd probably be best just to use her site for tracking the calories burned cuz all the calories burned are right there. Thanks for the fast response!!
What I do is put in the amount of minutes I did and then adjust it to get the calories to look right. Like if I go to an hour and a half lacrosse practice, Fit Day tells me I worked about 1,000 calories, when I know I was only burning 300 or so in actuality.
