Mini Weight Goals:
172 lbs = Lost 5% of my weight (9 lbs)  4/18/2009!
163 lbs = Lost 10% of my weight (18 lbs)
160 lbs = Loss of 20 lbs (halfway mark!)
154 lbs = BMI will normal not overweight!
150 lbs = Loss of 30 lbs
140 lbs = GOAL
