Thumbs up Kudos for joining the gym

Kudos, Wanna, for taking that step.

Plenty of good advice already, but I'll just add that when I first joined the gym it all seemed like a blur and difficult to get my arms around. I found Working out for Dummies by two neat women, Tamilee Webb and Lori Seeger, to help me get started.

Good luck on your new journey.

By the by, I've read that some trainers of professional athletes have them work off season with bags of grain because that works so many of the small muscles in addition to the big one. You may have a head start.
