How long have you been on WW/Flex: this is day 4!

How much weight do you hope to lose: 94lbs (100 total, I lost six before starting)

What do you do for exercise: usually gym - treadmill or bike or elliptical, then weight machines. sometimes walking in the neighborhood.

What foods help you stay OP: raw veggies, precut and put in little baggies

Why do you think you'll be successful this time: big even coming up in six months and i want to look good... and, my kids are older so i have more time/energy for me

What is the biggest obstacle between you and success: negative self-talk

How will/did you overcome this obstacle: support network (online and IRL), lots of planning ahead, forgiving myself
