If you could eat ...
ANYTHING, without a consequence (health-wise, diet-wise, you know...), just ONCE, what would it be?

A whole cake, or a whole bag of freshly made chocolate chip cookies.
Pretty much any sweet baked good.

A whole pan of potatoes baked in butter with cheddar cheese and red onions baked in with them! Then a birthday cake with whipped icing, or peanut butter cake, or a yellow cake with chocolate frosting. A girl can dream can't she?

Nachos with a TON of that liquid cheese stuff and ground beef.
Sounds soooo good AND gross at the same time.

Hmm, so many choices.
Probably a huge basket of frings (fries and onion rings) with gravy on the side and an entire white cake with good buttercream frosting.

If it could only be one thing, then probably an entire batch of good, giant, moist muffins (like the ones from the bakery with like 500+ cals a piece). Either blueberry or banana nut would be good, but I'm open to other options... Haha.

Hmmmm.....but I can eat anything just once without derailing my weight loss/maintenance efforts.....It was thousands of choices that made me fat, not one or two, and it's thousands of choices that will keep the weight off, and not one or two will derail it. I've had pizza, breakfast burritos, cake, ice cream, chips, dips, Little Debbies, etc. I've even had a binge or two. But it's what I do MOST of the time that keeps the weight off.
I know other women really can't step off plan without regaining. I guess I can. I'm pretty active though. And premenopausal.
