Anything Else - When I started to do different diets to lose weight I was at my highest weight ever. I was 193lbs. after having my daughter and stayed there or about 3 lbs lighter for the next 1 1/2 years. I got serious last jan. and started the ww123 plan at home on my own. With the help of the internet and the boards. I was in a size 18 1 year ago and now I am in a size 14. So I have dropped 2 sizes in one year.
