Hey ladies. I'll join in to the March Excersize Goal. I definately want to put in at least 10 minutes everyday....starting today. And 30 minutes on the elliptical at least 4 times a week.
Today I did 30 minutes on the elliptical. I am going to try to head to the park before picking my kids up at school and get one or two more miles in on the track. One mile would be about 18-20 minutes and 2 miles would be approx. 35-40 minutes. So, definately going to try to do that. Got my new ipod shuffle uploaded with some great tunes to keep me singing as i walk.

Hi Kim1214- Don't I know you from somewhere else? How goes it for TEAM EAGLE-- I kept on moving until I had 10000 steps. so the rest of the day will be easy!
Lumifan4ever- you will love your new shuffle! Your workout plan definately sounds doable!! Good luck, welcome, and happy shuffling!
Full steamahead- 70 minutes? where do you get the stamina? Great job!
