I just wanted to say "Hi". I'm new to the group. I am a lifetimer with WW but am needing to loose about 9 pounds to be back to where I really want to be. That may not sound like much, but I have been trying for more than a year and my weight has actually gone up. So I decided I needed a support system and I found this site. I'm really excited, but I have never tried to use any chat rooms before so I'm a little out of my comfort zone.
Welcome to 3FC! You'll find tons of support here, all over the forum. Look around and post where ever you feel comfortable - there are groups to suit everyone's needs. This is a little different from a chat room of course Good luck to you!
