Default Ughh... Binged yesterday

So this is how my day started.
7:00 am played tennis for 1.5 hours
ate a 16 oz fruit cup
10:30 am went on a hike called "KoKo Head." Man that hike was just a vertical climb straight up for about 40 min. and about 30 min down. It was the toughest hike I have ever been on.
Then I had a 16 oz no sugar added fruit juice.
2:00 went on another hike, but was fairly easy and about an hour long.
Had pasta for lunch.

This is where I failed. I went to a party and drank a ton of beer and about 5 super supreme slices of pizza and some chips.
i was 1031 calories over my budget. I have a 1769 calorie budget a day.

Well thats my story

Too much exercise, not enough food? I don't see any protein in your breakfast or your snack. It's all carbohydrate. It's no wonder that by evening you were ravenous.

Try having a more substantial breakfast, and when you're out on a hard hike, take some good snack foods along!

I agree, it sounds like you did a great deal of exercise and didn't eat enough, so your body overreacted later!

Oh ok. I guess having a more complete breakfast is important. I guess I'll have to change things up. Thanks!
