Believe me, I have dealt with plateaus before. It's now that I've gotten to the point where I can't even eat oatmeal in the morning if I want to lose that I need to start looking for more answers. This might not even be the answer, but I guess I will try it and see what happens.
I am not looking forward to the insomnia, but I've dealt with that side affect before (when taking Lexapro) so at least I know what to expect. I will keep you posted on whether or not the Phentermine does any good in my case. I eat well and work out a lot, so I'm not worried about being able to keep the weight off. I've actually done really well on that part of the equation during my (several very long) plateaus.
