Sad but true Lynn. I think most of us have lost the weight, just to regain quickly. It helps to know that we will always have to watch our calories. And you just need to exercise for health anyway.
Most Americans eat way too much protein. Your body really does not require that much. And most people aren't aware that they get protein any way except meat and dairy. We have to educate ourselves. Like Phyllis said, protein is very hard on the kidneys.
