I spend a bit of time looking up recipes on
www.healthyfood.co.nz. Good recipes, and they've got a section called the 5pm panic, which is made up of recipes with minimal ingredients and preparation and cooking time.
Another good site is
www.foodinaminute.co.nz. The food in a minute site is a little too reliant on prepackaged foods, and its major sponsor is a food producer, so it does push their products a bit. Having said that, all the recipes are quick preparation and mostly quick cooking.
