217.4 pounds lost!
A year ago, I could barely walk at 420 pounds!
After losing 217.4 pounds without surgery or pills, I feel much better!

Your pics are really something. YOU are really something.
And by the way, I'm with you - cauliflower, the absolute BEST. Who knew? I must have eaten it 5 - 6 times a week when I was losing my weight. It was a great find for me. I still eat it quite often, though I've branched out a bit.

What an inspiration you are. I have a brother who is in the vicinity of 450 lbs. I can't wait to show him your blog. Everyone is always telling him the only way to do it is to have wl surgery. Congrats on all of your hard work, it really shows!
