Smile Almost, but not quite...
I was hoping to join the 100 lb club today ~ 100 lbs lost in 6 months ~ but I didn't quite make it.

I've been stalled at 92 lbs lost for about three weeks. It took me a while to trace the stall, but I did ~ I started a green tea extract supplement about a month ago and about a week ago I realized it had hidden sugar, maltodextrose, so I immediately quit taking it. (I'm on Atkins so I have to be extremely careful about my carbs.) Hopefully the scale will start moving again soon!

Anyway, I still feel pretty terrific about losing 92 lbs in six months! Its a pretty good Valentine's gift to myself!! Now on to the next 92!

92 lbs in six months is absolutely fantastic!!!! I'm nippin on your heels at 76 lbs in 4.5 months Isn't losing weight SO MUCH FREAKING FUN!!!!!!
